SAFE@LAST Founder needs your votes
Hilary Massarella, Founder Trustee of SAFE@LAST has been nominated for an Inspiration Award for Women.
The Inspiration Awards for Women is an awards ceremony like no other. It is a celebration of inspirational women from diverse backgrounds who have inspired individuals. Hilary has been nominated under the Most Inspirational category as ‘an individual who has conducted themselves in such a manner that has inspired others and has had a creative influence on others’.
The idea came for such an organisation after Hilary watched a documentary and was appalled at the lack of services for such a vulnerable group of young people. Ten years after it was established SAFE@LAST has helped thousands of young people to make safer choices and Hilary is still very much involved in all aspects of the charity solely on a voluntary basis. Hilary’s passion and drive to improve outcomes for children at risk through running away is still as strong as it was ten years ago and inspired all those that know and work with her.
